Subscription Plans & Payments

Acceptable Use

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

• Repair Estimates: Our AI-generated repair cost estimates are approximations based on available data. Actual repair costs may vary significantly.
• Vehicle Analysis: Our damage assessments are based on visible information in photos and descriptions. Hidden damage may not be detected.
• Profit Predictions: Market conditions change rapidly. Our profit estimates are not guarantees of actual returns.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopFuelAuto and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Decisions made based on information provided by our Service
• Purchases or investments made using our analysis

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination
